Amber Flooring has been providing exceptional hardwood flooring, high quality installation and refinishing services for over 15 years.
Our goal is to offer a wide variety of quality wood flooring products from around the world and to deliver a finished product that has both timeless beauty and outstanding craftsmanship.

We are a privately owned, family business with a hands - on management style.
The owner also serves as the president and maintains a personal level of involvement with all company projects and activities. We work hard to foster a stable work force and many of our employees have been with the company since its inception. In an effort to maintain our competitive edge in the marketplace, we require our employees to attend regular training courses on production and industry developments. We also offer a wide range of unfinished, prefinished, domestic and exotic woods, including bamboo and cork from sustainable certified sources and other Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC) certified flooring materials. Promoting “green construction” is important to us and we will continue to be a leader in this new facet of the flooring industry. We also strive to be among the first to introduce new technologies, such as dustless refinishing and custom in-home hand scraping, as well as various distressing and staining methods.

Amber Flooring has two full service decorator showrooms in Emeryville and Danville and we employ over forty professional flooring technicians in the Bay Area. Our on-site estimations and preliminary design consultations are always free of charge and we work with homebuilders, remodelers, designers, architects, realtors and homeowners.
