Amber Flooring Inc. values you as a customer and takes pride in the fact that you have entrusted us with your flooring project. We stand behind our craftsmanship, flooring materials, our crews, and guarantee every flooring product we sell or any service we provide including, but not limited to: floor installation, floor sanding, refinishing, staining and repairs.

 

Amber Flooring Inc. warrants the labor and flooring materials have been provided by Amber flooring Inc. to the original owner of the flooring, to be free of defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation.

 

This warranty is given upon normal usage of the wood flooring, and does not include scratching, dulling finish, fading and/or color changes. Also, Amber Flooring Inc. cannot guaranty it floors against cupping, buckling, warping, shrinking, insect infestation, or damage caused by moisture or water, including humidity. Amber flooring Inc. will not be held accountable for the use of improper cleansers or cleaning techniques on your wood surface.

 

During the warranty period, Amber Flooring Inc., if needed, will provide the labor to repair the defective hardwood floor installation.

 

Manufacturer’s warranties protect your hardwood floors against defects for an extended period of time ranging from 1 year to 25 years. Examples of such defects include: improper milling; grading; and lamination or assembly. Also, the wear and tear of the factory applied finish is protected for a time-period specified in the manufacturer’s warrantee. Those warranties are not transferable and are only valid for the original homeowner and to the flooring materials itself. Labor warranty is not included under the manufacturer’s warranties.
