Initial contact

Your Amber Flooring experience will start with one of our dedicated estimators. Our estimators are highly trained in all aspects of flooring including: installation, sanding, finishing, damage repair, restoration, color match, radiant heat methods, wall and ceiling coverings, custom milled staircases, wire brushing, and hand-scraping. Our experienced team of technicians will assure that your estimate is both accurate and trustworthy. Our estimators call to confirm appointments beforehand, treat your home with the utmost care, make themselves available to answer any questions, and turn quotes over as quickly as possible.

Showroom

Our vast flooring showroom is the largest in the Bay Area, so you can see in-person samples of any product you’d like. If you are having new flooring installed, you can schedule an appointment to tour our showroom or simply drop by to consult with an expert. Either way, an Amber Flooring specialist will help you find exactly what you’re looking for. Our flooring specialists don’t work on commision, so you won’t ever feel pressured to make a decision you’re not ready to make.

The Crew

Amber Flooring crews are exceptionally qualified to complete every aspect of your job to the highest possible quality standards. During Amber Flooring’s nearly three decades of experience, we’ve set ourselves apart with an in-house training facility to teach crews the art of specialization. Amber has dedicated install crews, sanding teams, color specialists, finishing crews, and a project manager to guide you through the entire experience. All Amber Flooring employees undergo routine training at our facility 2-4 times each year to ensure they know every aspect of flooring installation. In addition, because Amber Flooring has 30 years of experience, our estimators, project managers, and installers often have hundreds of jobs to their credit, which makes all difference when completing an installation in your home or business. So, whether it’s our state-of-the-art color lab, our advanced stain applications, or our direct partnerships with wood flooring vendors who specifically train our crew in the most recent techniques, Amber Flooring’s team can handle all of your needs.

Home Care

We’ve spent nearly three decades elevating the beauty of our customers’ homes, and we’ve learned that there’s no place more important in the world to you. Our crews will come to your home on-time and in uniforms, and will wear protective shoe coverings when entering your home. During the project, we’ll prepare your home for work with an eye for being as clean and unobtrusive as possible. To that end, we’re one of few flooring companies to use a patented dustless vacuum that reduces airborne dust by 95%. At the end of each workday, we clean the worksite and organize the space.
